What should I do if I need to return an item from House of Opal?
No worries, we understand! For all online and instore purchases, returns must be made within 14 days of being purchased. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and must have the tag still attached. All exchanges will result in store credit only, excluding card fees and sales tax. All sale items are final. If we send the wrong item or size during the packing and shipping process, we will make it right, no charge! For any concerns or further questions, please feel free to reach out to houseofopal.co@gmail.com - and be sure to include “return” in the subject line! We do our best to prioritize each customer and make sure they are satisfied with every House of Opal purchase.
How do I return something I bought online?
If the customer is returning an item purchased online, they will be responsible for shipping back their product and buying their own label. The customer will then receive an EGift Card for House of Opal and will need to repurchase the correct item.
