For all online and in-store purchases, returns must be made within 14 days of being purchased. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and must have the tag still attached. All exchanges will result in store credit only, excluding card fees and sales tax. All sale items are final. If we send the wrong item or size during the packing and shipping process, we will make it right, no charge!

If the customer is returning an item purchased online, they will be responsible for shipping back their product and buying their own label. The customer will then receive an EGift Card for House of Opal and will need to repurchase the correct item.

By submitting your email when you make a purchase, that allows us to send you a confirmation email, as well as a tracking number!  Once you make your purchase with us, double check to make sure your address is correct- if it is submitted incorrectly, shipping errors will be on the customer.
